This will keep you busy
Bought this for father-in-law who bought a Bella pressure cooker. He wasn't sure how to get started, and having a cookbook aimed specifically for the model he bought, really helps his 80 year old confidence. There are enough easy-to-follow recipes in here to keep him busy for a very long time.

Not Impressed
Recipes were pretty vague with little description. There was really no organization and several printing errors. Do books these days even go through an editing phase?

Don't believe reviews, this book is not clear, it was a waste of money.
This is not worth the price I paid. The book is consists of 109 pages of newsprint-like paper filled with short recipes that often have less than adequate instructions. I feel I was had by all the great reviews.Free advise, save your money and look up recipes on-line. It is dated May 12, 2018--three days before it arrived and how it had so many "great" reviews is beyond me.Reviewers' oft stated claims that recipes are simple misses the fact more than a few are vague at best and even omits listing ingredients that the directions tell the reader to use but fails to list the amount to use anyplace in the recipe. For example, several of the meat dishes list "boiled beef" or "boiled pork" as an ingredient but does not explain how to to use Mealthy to "boil" meat.Their Creamy Tilapia recipe never mentions cream cheese let alone the amount to use, but tells the user to add cream cheese as part of the directions. Worse yet, the instructions say to "cook for 20 minutes" without explaining how that is done in this machine that I bought this book to help me learn to cook new ways.In summary, this book is less than complete and I am shocked it has so many rave reviews, I feel the reviews are a sham.

Too many specialty ingredients
I so wish there were simpler recipes with not so many specialized ingredients

STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ABSOLUTE MOST STUPID COOKBOOK EVER!!!!KNOWING NOTHING ABOUT COOKING, BUT HAVING AMPLE COMMON SENSE, I PURCHASED THE MEALTHY MULTIPOT PRESSURE COOKER, AND THIS COOKBOOK AT THE SAME TIME.AFTER READING ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS, DOING THE WATER TEST AND GETTING OVERALL FAMILIAR WITH THE UNIT, I CHOSE AN EASY MEAL TO START WITH (CHEESY MACARONI), FOLLOWED BY A SIMPLE DESSERT OF PUMPKIN AND PINEAPPLE COBBLER.I MADE A SHOPPING LIST - WHICH CONSISTED OF EVERY INGREDIENT - AS I MENTIONED, I DON'T COOK, AND THEN PROCEEDED TO THE LOCAL GROCERY STORE. AFTER SPENDING THE MOST FRUSTRATING HOUR OF SHOPPING (SINCE I DON'T KNOW WHAT ANY OF THIS STUFF IS, OR WHERE TO FIND IT....[WHAT IS PUMPKIN SPICE AND PUMPKIN PEELED CHUNKS???].... I RUSHED HOME TO MAKE MY 1st MASTERPIECE.I FOLLOWED THE RECIPE FOR CHEESY MACARONI TO THE "T." I COULD NOT GET THE COOKER TO PRESSURE UP. I TRIED AND RETRIED EVERYTHING. I READ THE RECIPE AT LEAST 30 TIMES.I FINALLY GOOGLED WHY IT WASN'T BUILDING PRESSURE. IT HAS TO HAVE A DECENT AMOUNT OF LIQUID (AND THEN IT DAWNED ON ME THAT YOU HAVE TO HAVE WATER TO COOK MACARONI...AND TO MAKE STEAM....DUHHH).I TOOK THE AMOUNT OF WATER LISTED IN OTHER PRESSURE COOKER RECIPES FOR MAC & CHEESE, AND FINALLY GOT IT TO RUN, BUT BY THAT TIME, THE MEAL WAS RUINED.SHOW ME WHERE THE RECIPE CALLS FOR ANY WATER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! STUPID BOOK

Bella needs to put out better instructions on how to cook rice.
The book was brand new, and that was the best part of my purchase. The recipes him selves are a little confusing. For example, when the recipe calls for chicken of any kind, it does not state whether the chicken is boneless or with bones. That makes a huge difference when cooking. You could easily under cook the chicken if your chicken his bones in it and are using the time to cook chicken without bones. Also it wouldโve been nice to have a page That has a list of all the types of rice and the cooking times in amount of water needed. Every race is different and that is not taking into consideration in these recipes.

Dont waste your money
I believe this book was never written for the Bella Pressure cooker as many of the recipes tell you to use cooking modes that aren't even on the cooker!! Recipes and Instructions aren't very detailed and incomplete leaving you confused. The ingredients in many of the recipes I've never even heard of let alone knowing where to get them. Too complicated by far.

Not to my taste
Since you donโt get many detailed instructions with the cooker itself this was handy to see how to use it but the recipes were mostly not to my taste
