The idea of these are great, but they dont come with the velcro backing and adhesive in the same lenght, and you will have to overlap the velcro around the object to secure it, and some modifications might be necessary. The adhesive could have been better, it did not want to stick properly to the back of my cars panel and I had to enforce it with some Super glue for it to not fall off. This will work better if you have a pole or something to wrap it around but if you need to attach it to a non fabric panel and use the adhesive, not to great eithout some fixing, it worked great for my other car that has fabric panels, no need for the adhesives, just cling on the object you need to secure to the panel and attach the hard plastic velcro side to the panel and it will sit securely. So this is a good option for fabric trunks or crash poles and with modifications you can make it work for plastic panels. Overall a great alternative to screw mounts.
