Pros: it works! Cons: not at all waterproof I’m giving it 5 stars because it works. I have had plantar fasciitis in my left foot for 2+ years now. I have done everything I can think of to help it. Insoles, shoes, sleeping in a boot, other wraps and contraptions, ice, heat, stretches. You name it Ive done it. I’ve finally given up on trying to help it and quit looking for stuff for a year. Then, This tape randomly came across my FB and I decided to read the comments. I seen the raving reviews but was skeptical because every other thing I’ve purchased had just as good of reviews. I figured what’s another 15$ down the hole at this point. After the first initial taping it was miraculously better. I don’t know what sorcery this is but I’m so glad I gave it a shot! My pain is gone! I’ve had it a week and I haven’t stopped taping myself yet. I want to use it for a while in hopes it might correct the issue. The only downfall is that it is NOT waterproof or water resistant. I have to shower everyday, and the second I step in the shower it slides right off. That does make for easy peeling if you are ready for it to be off, because when it’s dry it sticks so well. It’s not great when you are wanting it on for a few days to not have to buy so much. I’ve done the prep- shaving, exfoliating, making sure the area is clean, even cleaned area with alcohol. Then once on I rub it real good. As long as I keep it’s dry It stays on perfectly fine for a few days. Some parts still stick okay when wet, but not enough to be able to salvage it and wear another day. I’ve tried wrapping my foot up to keep it dry but water still manages to get in and ultimately ruins the wrap. I won’t reduce the stars just for the fact it is the only thing on this planet to help so far. I don’t know how long I can afford to keep using 2-3 pieces a day though.

This pre-cut tape is great. YouTube videos are available for different application instructions. Not sure how it works but I did find some relief while using it. The adhesive did not irritate my (somewhat sensitive) skin like other cheaper brands that I’ve tried in the past. I recommend this product and would buy it again. I did need assistance for applying it to my shoulder.

Great tape. I use KT Pro for coaching pickleball for a medial Meniscus tear. It lasts me for 7days, Im saving the KT pro extreme for diving and swimming next week. I also use a spray adhesive pre for a complete adherence. It's the only tape my Physical Therapist uses on patients. Highly Recommend.

It's definitely a stronger, more supportive hold than the regular KT tape. It also sticks for way longer (if you try to take it off before it's ready to come off, you'll notice, trust me!). The only thing I dislike is that the edges fray easily. They actually come out of the box a little frayed already. So a little sloppy looking. Maybe I got a weird box? Overall good enough to order again though.

I was recently prescribed to wear a ZIO XT heart monitoring device. it fell off on the second day of wearing it, as their adhesive just doesn’t work for me. I sweat a lot and while riding my elliptical machine it came off. I reapplied it several times, but it kept coming off. Normal surgical tape, even the waterproof brand, just wouldn’t work for more than 24 hours. And the device adhesive, nor the surgical tape, could stay on after showering, which I do twice a day as a plumber. I found this product on Amazon. I’m glad I did. It is extremely comfortable, and keeps the device on for several days. I can shower in it, and work up a real sweat, and the device will not come off. In fact, the tape has not failed me yet, I just replace it with a new tape every few days. I would highly recommend this product for anyone, trying to stick something to their body while being active, sweating, and showering.

Before use look up YouTube videos on how to prep and apply. If you don’t prep properly the tape won’t work properly. DONT touch the sticky part of the tape when applying it can make the tape less sticky. Don’t forget to rub the tape after applying. I think the main reason a lot of these reviews are negative is because they don’t prep and they don’t wait at least 3-5 days to remove it. This tape is meant to last a week. Fraying wasn’t really a problem for me. I had to experiment with keeping it on in the shower. The first thing I did to keep in on is I didn’t touch the tape. When I got out I took my towel and pat dried the tape until it was completely dry. That worked. Here’s what didn’t work it didn’t work when I touched it in the shower. If you do all the things mentioned above your tape will definitely stick. If you rub your tape more the more it’ll stick. Hopefully after reading this it will work for you.

It took me full 3 hrs to completely remove kt tape and its residue from my knees. Applied/completely saturated the tape with coconut oil and worked very very slowly to remove the tape and then massage rubbed it to get the residue off... I almost used half cup of coconut oil to remove the tape. But for that.. The tape helped my knees tremendously and have no issues whatsoever with the support it provides with the seamless movement. I needed to apply once and it has not come off at all on the sides.. used KT Athletic tape Pro.

MAGIC - An incredibly pleasant surprise Bought this for my girlfriend suffering from injury to her IT band; excessive treadmill on incline and high pace; a gym enthusiast, she was feeling pain an achiness along her hamstring, underneath to her knee and sporadic 'stinging' on the knee and along the hamstring. She was amazed! Felt relief within 15 minutes! She's had the tape on now for 15 hours, including overnight. NOT ONE STINGING sensation in the knee since applying the tape, and a dulled 'twang' in the hamstring area underneath. This was a first time use for us; we'll do a better job at applying next time. Recommended by an athlete, and extreme gym enthusiast. Never heard of this before - well worth using!

Funciono bien para lo que lo estoy usando

llegué a probar otras que se despegaban facil despues de uno o dos dias pero este ni con la fricción de la ropa ni con el ejercicio todos los dias se despega, dura más de 5 dias facil , tampoco se despega al bañarse, lo unico a tomar en cuenta diria yo es que tarda un poco en secarse despues de bañarse pero nada molesto. el pegamento es fuerte y duradero si lo recomiendo. da soporte al area donde se coloca

This tape is excellent! I put it on the evening before a run and it didn't budge. It was even difficult to remove when in the bath! I highly rate it.
