INSTRUCTION: it will cost you 2 mines to make a balloon like the picture with air or helium. You can hang it on the ceiling for pop game or make this jumbo balloon float for decoration. Please do as the instruction says.
HELIUM or AIR: Filling balloon with helium means the confetti will be mostly nestled towards the bottom of the balloon (due to the properties of helium). Filling balloon with air allows for the confetti, especially the mylar flakes, to stick to the sides of the balloon, creating a visually beautiful sight.
NOTE: Every balloon will cost 5L gas. If you inflated it with helium, you can refill 0.8-1.2L air inside. It will make statics more easily and save you more money! Attention: too much air and glue can not stay float too long and don’t forget to fasten the balloon tightly! nature latex is very easy for bio-degradation.
