it's worth the money
this is a very good product and I really felt the effects of this shilajit but the taste is awful but it doesn't bother me as long as it does what they say it does and it does give me a nice surge of energy and it lasts for awhile.

HORRIBLE Taste and Smell, with Minimal Results!!!
I’ve tried several Shilajit products before and this one is THEE worst one yet. 1) It smells and tastes off putting, it’s almost gag worthy. I can’t seem to chug it fast enough before needing to stop before getting it all down. Other shilajit products I’ve tried are not pleasant, but I become used to the taste 3-4 days in. I couldn’t get past the third day, because it feels like I’m ingesting something that I shouldn’t be. 2) I am not experiencing any energy increase at all. Coffee is providing me more energy. With other brands I get energy all day, but this one only gives me about 3-4 hours worth. The one I loved (BeBodywise) is no longer being produced, so that’s why I’ve been on the search for another. This one is DEFINITELY not the one for me. I love how shilajit resin has helped my 56 y.o. male body have energy and that spark of life again, but it’s challenging to sift through the endless brands and claims AND find one that’s not $110+ for a tiny jar. I think I found a good temporary solution with VeltraVita until I can find another that’s better quality that my body works well with or until I can afford the primo stuff. Don't get the 40 gms The 20 gms is more condensed and has better effect. The 40 gms is very soluble and no effect on energy
