Its a good brand the active ingredient coukd be little more than 140 but its still good

My Oura sleep tracker showed a ~20% increase in deep sleep duration after taking these for the first time. It also seems to help me slightly with sleep latency (falling asleep quicker).

Works well and great value
I’ve noticed a definite improvement in my sleep since I started taking these, especially when I take them in the evening. They’re easy to take and haven’t caused me any stomach issues. I’m already on my third bottle, which says a lot about how much I like them. The price is also really good compared to other magnesium glycinate supplements I’ve tried. Overall, a quality product that I’ll continue to buy.

Glicinato de magnesio insuficiente en una sola cápsula?
Todo bien con el producto, llevo una semana tomándolo, no me quedo dormida tan rápido, pero una vez que me duermo, mi sueño es profundo. Solo tengo una duda, en los ingredientes dice que solo tiene 60mg de glicinato, no cual debería estar tomando de 3 a 4 cápsulas, entonces creo que lo estoy tomando mal. Alguien conteste en su review está duda 🥲
