What type of paints can go over this primer without getting a possible reaction (bubbling, crackling, etc.) Guitar project->primer->paint->clear coat.

I used this primer with createx auto air sealer and it worked great. Heres a link. I did get a lot of bubbling from the primer when I sprayed from the can though. I'm not sure why. I ended up stripping that paint job and starting over. The second time, I used this zinnser primer in my hvlp spray gun and it worked great!

CAn I use this on ceramic tiles for a craft project?

It defiantly Wil in dry indoor conditions, but I always hand waterbase prime ceramics & stones. This is poor oil base it does not fair well against water-will have chemical reactions the worst under paint, this is thinned down in a can, & if exposed to expelling moisture from concrete or wet conditions it will fail & all the enamels on top will crack & peal off if painted outdoors. They promote it for masonary, but I 've seen it fail outdoors enough times. I used to burn through so many cans.

Will this stand up to 200F?

I am not sure since I used it with outdoor and indoor things. Good luck!

Does this product bond on a penetrating concrete sealer such as Lithi Tek 9500?

Not sure how well it would bond, but I can say you won't get a flat coat. It comes out of the can clumpy and makes whatever you paint with it look "pebbly". I do not recommend

Good primer

Seems to be pretty good primer for color coat. Covers well and keeps the color coat true color. Top coat seems to grip well. It sands very easy as it is a bit soft. Sprays well in warmer temperatures

This is a very easy to use primer because you spray it on. It seems to be durable and covers well. But it takes quite a while to dry. It is not as sandable as normal primers I'm used to
