Avoid catching colds
Seems to work well. My wife and I both spray before going out around large groups. We have avoided catching colds this year. Will keep using prophylactically.

It's great for daily or multiple-time use to maintain clean sinuses. * Gentleness, Side Effects & Skin Irritation: I’ve been using this consistently for over a month plus and have experienced zero side effects or skin irritation around the nose. Good stuff
I really like this stuff. When I first used it I sprayed it twice in each nostril. I immediately felt it hit my sinuses in the back of my head. This only happened one time so I feel like it took care of some kind of infection. I now notice I can breathe when I go in and out of stores and don’t need to have a Kleenex handy. I recommend!
