It has been a year since I planted these in early March a year ago. I planted them in early spring last year. They did begin to sprout little clovers fast with all the rain last year. Then the HOA landscaper mowed them down twice and killed them. I had told them not to mow the back where they were. I was soo mad. Then this year they began sprouting back in patches in March. I was surprised to see that they have grown up to 1 foot tall. Keep the height in mind for your landscaping needs.

I’m on my 2nd 5# bag of these seeds if that tells you anything. The seeds were received promptly and the bag was in good shape. We worked the ground, scattered the seeds and watered, watered and watered. Within about a week green sprouts started showing up. It’s been about a month and the ground is covered in clover. I liked the look so much that I decided to extend it out further I highly recommend these seeds and this company.

No flowers yet but clover has grown

Accidentally bought the crimson last year which is an annual one, but got the perennial this year and so far with a good routine they are growing in and are so happy. Watering while they just start is very very important, the ones that i unfortunately did not get to water as much didn’t make it but these are the ones that did. We’ll see into next year. In zone 6a-6b.

I buy a bag every season to reseed chicken pasture and plant this between garden rows. Very good germination! Supresses weeds well between garden rows and the chickens love to eat it wen they get turned loose into fresh pasture space.
