False negatives and false positives are always possible. The probability is the issue. Most gastroenterologists don’t do these tests anymore and don’t trust them. Not reliable. Get a colonoscopy.

Can results change After 7 minutes; I had one line now there are two?

I didn't read about this on the instructions but this is generally why there is a specific amount of time mentioned. Leaving a specimen longer can result in false positives - same as with the Covid tests.
