Great! Trigger and tweaks.
Great steamer. Would like to see 2 features on the next generation.1 - a trigger for the steamer. Would be better than just a constant flow. A puff of steam resembling the function on irons would be great.2 - The hook to hang the steam head can be slightly higher than the shirt hanger. My collars have been creased by my placing the steam head in its cradle and it by design laying on my shirt collar.

Great steamer- horrible hangers
As a steamer this product certainly works quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately the hanger part is so huge that you can only steam a dress shirt or jacket. You can’t steam T-shirts or all of the necks would be stretched out- if you could even get them over the hanger. The clips for hanging pants/skirts are so insanely tight that I have to use all my strength to try to open them. I ended up using separate regular hanger and hanging hanger to steam my clothes. I will be returning this steamer as it definitely does not suit my needs.

Good steamer for the $$$
I have worked with a bigger steamer that was only $30 more. . . I think this one is fine, but steaming large curtains the hose is shorter than I would prefer and doesn't get as hot as a larger steam I use to use. but it's fine for just clothes

Not as easy as described
It is a great streamer but doesn't work as quickly and as easily as I had thought it would when I reviewed the product. The clips are so hard to open and close and then the clothes slide out of the clips.

Great Steamer for everyday use
Recently I realized that steamers are a great way not to just get the wrinkle out of clothing, but also disinfect hard to wash clothing such as cashmere and wool. my small travel steamer runs out of water after steaming two pieces of clothing, and this one you can use it for at least an hour before filling the can with water again. One thing i did find after reading other reviews is that many had trouble with the wide size of the hanger because you can have a hard time fitting small necked t-shirts. I think this is pretty true but i do not steam my t-shirt, mainly dresses and wool coats that's impossible to wash, and this is perfect for it!

After less than one month of use
So far I’ve had the steamer for about a month. I do think it was easy to use and enjoyed using it. Within the first month of purchase, I’ve had two incidents. The first incident is that one of the clips cracked that allows of adjusting the pole. I was gentle with it and did not see why it should’ve cracked considering I adjusted the clips the same way. The second incident is that the water reservoir has been leaking and so when I steam there is water all over the ground. I’ve use distilled water and followed the instructions. I’m not quite sure what to make of it.

Nice product make my life easy
The garment steamer is an easy to assemble product that does a fantastic job of removing tough wrinkles from a variety of materials. The unit generated steam that was plentiful and the steamer was easy to operate. While you can tap water, I have found distilled water to be far more effective in any type of device that requires water such as iron's, etc. This is so nice for all material buy especially the delicate ones that you're afraid to use the iron on. I am very happy with how well and how quickly it worked and released the wrinkles. This should save me hundreds on dry cleaning every year for my suits and dress shirts.

Need a new one already
Can’t use with water out the sink. It leaves a lot of residue buildup. Distilled water works best. Seems like it’s going out as the steamer doesn’t get hot enough to steam wrinkles out of the clothes.
