Absolutely delicious!
This exceeded my expectations! It's soft and creamy, almost like a nice brie. The flavor is addictive, everyone loved it!

It taste good
Really nice goat cheese would buy again. I cooked this with onion, sweet peppers, garlic and serve it with IKea jam.

A really good, slightly less expensive creamy goats’ cheese round
Perhaps not Quite as good as Capricorn but close enough especially when allowed to ripen slightly out of its ‘chalky’ stage. Well flavoured, slight sharp and not ‘goaty’ in smell.

Delicious Goat’s cheese
Lovely cheese with the perfect double texture: a creamy paste connecting with the crumbly rind and zesty soft curd in the centre. It does contain a little salt, but cheese needs this to help preserve it and encourage proper maturation, especially when it is a mould-ripened one like this. Salt prevents pathogenic organisms from growing on the cheese and spoiling it. Without it not only would cheese taste horrible, but it would be pretty dangerous to eat.

From memory this was a really nice cheese, unfortunately though now when I order it online from Morrisons they replace it with a smaller inferior generic brand. I assume that this Somerset cheese is no longer available and they just haven't updated their records yet!

Mild and tasty
I love goats cheese and this is a tasty mild goat cheese not too sharp. I would buy this goat cheese again. Good value for money.
