The mouth wash is very good. At the beginning the taste is a little bit weird but then you get used to it. The most important it leaves your mouth fresh and helps you with the prevention of the tonsil stone's.

I have had the worst experience with this stuff. I’ve struggled with tonsil stones for at least 20 years. This may have gotten one or two tiny ones out over a four day period, but the large stone I’ve been struggling with is still firmly hanging in there. Oh well. At least it will make my mouth taste clean, right? At least it will make my breath fresh, right? Wrong. I’ve struggled with post nasal drip my whole life. This is so incredibly irritating to my nose and throat (you gargle it and it’s all connected) that immediately after I have the WORST sore throat due to increased mucus production and thick awful spit that I can’t even swallow without water. Actual misery. Like I’ve given myself strep throat willingly. Yes, it clears with time, but the increased mucus right before bed means I wake up with my mouth tasting AWFUL. And I imagine the smell of my breath probably mirrors the taste. This was a giant, giant fail for me. Even if allll that ^^ wasn’t happening, just swishing this stuff always burns the right lower quadrant of my mouth for some reason. And I’ve never been able to gargle it for a full 30 seconds as it bubbles up and my gag reflex kicks in.

This stuff actually works it’s not instant but when i use it regularly after a day or 2 I will feel something in my throat and have to push it out through like gagging or coughing and it will be a tonsil stone. Mostly happens in the morning. It even gets out stones I didn’t know I had in the back of my tonsils. Kind of gross but it works which I’m happy about. I feel so much fresher and clean. I use a very little amount to gargle bc it bubbles up a lot and is spicy even the light version. But even a little amount works! I don’t usually leave reviews but everyone should be using this bc you could have tonsils stones and not even know and they can make your breath smell bad I’m so glad I found this stuff!

I don't know if I have tonsil stones, but I have horrible bad breath. My dentist doesn't see anything, which is a red flag for me. I came across this product and so far, it is working wonders. I less conscious of my breath stinky. It's only been a few days, so we will see.
