Just like a caramel candy. Not for bariatric if you need more than 1000 mg of calcium since it has only 60 per bag.

Good taste!

YUMMY!!!!
I wasn’t ready! I grab my morning vitamins and pooped this in my mouth and it completely overwhelmed my taste buds. Finally a flavor that I love! Good size, works well with no upset stomach, great texture and price. Looking forward to making these a part of my everyday ritual.
