Got this gift for my mom and she could not be happier with the product. The quartz roller came in nice simple packaging. Inside the box are a few items and a user manual. Quartz has some nice weight behind it and is made of genuine materials. Great product and would recommend for anyone.

Lacking quality
Super bummed I only got to use this twice before it cracked in half after placing it on the counter. I had one previously that lasted me quite some time but ended up getting lost on vacation. I'll continue to use the two broken halves as they'll still work just sucks I spent $15 on not great quality.
