I’ve tried several Vitamin C serums in the past without finding one that truly worked for me. I also gave Drunk Elephant’s C-Firma a try—it did brighten my skin and reduce age spots, but it left my skin feeling too dry. However, C-Luma works just like the C-Firma but without the drying effect. It’s creamy, not oily, and has a very mild scent that I hardly even notice. This has now become my new go-to Vitamin C serum. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for effective results without the dryness!

This cream removes the lines from your face. The moment to put the cream on your face it tightens the skin immediately. The scent is not the best but I guess its about tighting the skin not making the skin smell good.

Doesn't cause flare-ups for me, and helps with hyperpigmentation. In the summer this is hydrating enough, in the winter I use with moisturizer. The pump bottle it comes in is indeed terrible - but I just transfer it to a black glass dropper bottle and good to go.

I've used many Vit C serums. This one just doesn't apply well:1) When i pump it out, it's so liquidy that it runs between my fingers. I've to put on my palm then reapply to my face2) It's very very sticky! And I do mean sticky!

I have used this for about three weeks now and it definitely brightened up my skin. I would recommend this product.

I’m 39 and my skin is decent otherwise. But I’ve seen my complexion dull with winter leaving it a little ashy at times. I’d also started to see age lines on my face which prompted me to try this serum. So far, when I use this my skin seems to glow beautifully!I’ve been stopped multiple times by women driving by praising how beautiful my skin looked! One of my assistants gave me a card on her last day of work saying she going to “miss my flawless skin.” Really? I was wondering how it looked to everyone before if this is the case lol!The assembly of the product was awkward at first but I’ll take it for the results. I’m not aware of any old formula so I can’t speak to that. Maybe it works differently across ethnicities? I’m African American so the glow might show up more. Either way, LOVE IT!

I’ve been a customer of Drunk Elephant for a while and I’ve had good success with C-Firma. In recently purchasing the product, I found they now have the customers mixing the product - which okay, no problem. It’s kind of fun to play “mixologist” and I get they’re trying to extend the potency of the product. BUT. The packaging has been a nightmare for me… The top with the product screwed in consistently pops off the plastic bottom. The pump mechanism gets clogged easily which in turn makes the twist design of the top require force to open. Just today I notice the top cracking which I can only attribute to the force needed to unstick the twist top. The product also comes out in uneven spurts instead of the smooth application of the previous packaging which makes it messy. Sorry, Drunk Elephant but you missed the mark on packaging - So much so that I’m considering moving to a different product just to avoid the packaging issues!

I tried this to save some money because Skinceuticals literally breaks the bank but it truly is liquid gold. Drunk Elephant is a fantastic dupe in my opinion. I've tried Timeless (meh) and wasn't impressed. I'll be buying this from now on for 1/3 the price of Skinceuticals
