Trying to reduce the number of supplement pills I take, and this is one of the ones I do take on the regular (fish oil for omega 3). I like the fact that it is flavored, because it does make it easier to swallow. Smell isn’t too bad, but you can still tell what it is. Not so bad that it is off putting. Taste is what it says it is. It’s not the same as eating the real thing, but it’s pretty close, albeit a bit adulterated. Amount you get, in terms of size of bottle, could be bigger for what you are paying, but for liquid supplements, you end up getting a bit less for the premium aspect of it. It’s more of a niche for people who prefer it over pills. So, the size is not too bad. Quality seems to be good. Ingredients seem to be good. Didn’t put me off at all. Didn’t have any adverse reactions, so that’s always a good thing. The health benefits of omega 3 and fish oil is well known and has been pushed by society for a long while. One should speak with their health care provider as to whether or not your lifestyle requires supplemental support in this area before taking a supplement of this nature, just like with any supplement. All in all, for me, it was a good choice.

I have been taking fish oil supplements for the past few years. I swear by fish oil, It really works. One of the great benefits of fish oil is that it works to prevent heart disease and strokes. Now this liquid fish oil tastes good. I have tried different liquid fish oil brands. You do get a slight fishy after taste but that's with any liquid fish oil you would try. The mango flavor tastes good and I really love mango. If you are not accustomed to liquid fish oil taste then this might be a little tough for you in the beginning to adjust. You could always mix it in with smoothies. This is a great product and I recommend it for everyone to take advantage of all it's health benefits. Great! Best product ever as for 5ml, you get 2000mg EPA and 1000mg DHA. Of which 70% of the fish oil is bioavailable for brain and body due to the manufacturing process. Only wish price was cheaper. Would suggest to include extra bottle cap for travelling. Also displaying the expiry date prominently is helpful in product description.

This arrived in a different bottle than advertised but seemed to come from the same company. It tastes like fish oil with no hint of mango flavour. It is terrible and there is a lot of burping up of fish oil afterward even with only one measured teaspoon. Won't buy it again.

Soooo....I thought this product was going to be amazing. I need the high amounts of EPA for depression. BUT I watched something recently....W5 or The Fifth Estate...I can't remember...anyway they talked about fish oil and how it shouldn't actually be fishy. Once it begins to oxidize, which happens quickly, it's largely difficult to digest (that's where you get fishy burps) and it actually has been extremely well proven that taking oxidized fish oil is TERRIBLE for your heart. Turns out capsules are the best option but they also recommended that you crack one of them open and test them too for the trademark "fishiness" of oxidization. We have been conditioned to think that because it's fish oil ....it should reek but it turns out the data and the peer reviewed science tells us otherwise. I was so hopeful because I needed this so much! But it's really a tremendous waste of $70 that I wish I had not invested.
