Great little product. Does the job. Perfect for beginners or at the office. Wish you could control the tension and make it more difficult and if it came with a tension band that would have been perfect.

I’ve been using this for long, wanna come back and give it a review. It’s perfect for both pelvic floor recovery and targeting those stubborn inner thigh muscles. The tension is just right—challenging but smooth—and it doesn’t slip or pinch like other trainers I've tried. It’s lightweight enough to use while watching TV, making it super easy to stick to a daily routine. Definitely worth it!

This is a great little exercise tool and maybe helped with recovery from a hysterectomy, hard to tell exactly. I wish I'd gotten a different color (I was being cheap and pink was the lowest priced) because I swear it looks like female internal organs and I feel indecent using it in my living room lol even though it's a pretty basic workout tool. It's lightweight and simple, yet flexible in how it can be used. Highly recommend for the price.
