Bad product. Seller does not stand behind it.
This is garbage. Fan has only been up for 6 months, since November 2025. Did not use it much due to it being winter, maybe 3-4 times. Now that’s in May and warming up the fan no longer works and trips the breaker every time you try to turn it on. Electrician said it has a bad motor. How does a motor go bad after only 6 months and less than a half dozen times of use!? I would stay away from this product!!

Will not function
Does not work with European voltage, only 120volts. Seller suggested that we order a converter. terrible customer service an Amazon shouldn’t be selling this product in Italy’s market or European market for that matter

Great customer service
Bought two of these. After two months one of them went out. Called support and they quickly sent me a new controller. After 5 months the fan went out again. They had me run a couple of trouble shoot procedures and then confirmed the fan needed replacement. In two days I had a new fan delivered at my home. Though a pain to re install - customer service responses were almost immediate.
