Q: How would i cook this in my instant pot? thank you.

Instant Pot works great. Equal parts rice to water. I use 2 cups rice:2 cups water. Set pressure cook for 3 minutes, then natural release which takes 10+ minutes. Perfect every time. Got this method from America’s Test Kitchen.

Q: Is it sella rice or just basmati?

Usually, if rice package label does not say "Sela rice" it is basmati rice. Daawat does not say Sela on label. It is a delicious rice.

Q: was this rice grown in Pakistan?
