KT Tape, Plantar Fasciitis Tape, Foot Soreness Relief System, 8 Applications

These are awesome! My wife suffers from Plantar Fasciitis and these make a huge difference in her day to day. They stay on all day, Very comfortable to wear. Great product

Really helped make me feel more comfortable doing agility training after an injury. it tells you just how to apply the tape and was super easy to apply. My only critique is that it tends to come off quite easily while i’m still doing exercises, but my socks normally keep it secure and the peeling doesn’t affect the bottom piece of tape on the foot, where my injury was. i recommend these for anyone with plantar fasciitis or any other issues with the bottom of the foot!

As with all KT tapes they are excellent. I have ankle tendon problems which cause plantar fasciitis type pain in my heel. It actually feels more like I’m stepping on a tack constantly. So I tried this and it actually works somehow. When I went to my podiatrist, I mentioned I’ve been using it. He said, oh those things, I don’t think they really work. . Of course he doesn’t think so because then he would lose me paying him more often for shots that last about a week. The tapes are pre-cut and easy to apply even the adhesive backing is pre-cut in the places where you need to peel it so easy to put on. Directions say not to wear more than five days. I’m in the pool as many days in a week that I can and have had no problem with them coming off. I use other KT tapes for tendon issues as well and it’s the only brand I do use. This one’s boring beige, but my other tapes are all fun colors. I’ve never had any problem with the adhesive bothering my skin. Thank you KT.

Easy to use with good visual instructions. Does not stick as well as the magic tape from PT or Drs office. I had to use two sets at a time to get good support. Therefore, not the best value for my money.

I prefer the regular KT tape. I use this for my tendon pain and it works well enough but the piece for the bottom of the foot has no give at all. I liked to be able to adjust the tension on the regular KT tape when I am applying. It is convenient that the piece is pre cut with the split but for some reason it doesn’t seem to do as well of a job as the regular KT tape strips. Also, if I fumble and mess up putting a strip down since they are pre cut in pairs then I am short one section for the next set.As for the positive, it is comfortable to wear for any length of time. For years I could not stand adhesive on my skin for more than a day. Í would get rashes where I wore band aids or some of the adhesive would cling to my skin. I don’t have trouble with these. This is confiable and it really doesn’t bother my skin.Overall I will go back to regular KT tape but this does an okay job.

The KT tape did not stay stuck on my feet. I tried once myself & it didn’t last. I took the tape to my chiropractor to help apply it for me & he laughed. He said this was cheap tape (so yeah not going to stay on the feet) and he didn’t like the cut strips. He used his own strong KT tape to make cuts & applied to my feet & leg to help with plantar fasciitis. It worked. Waste of money on this product

This tape seems to work really well. I wear them when I play pickleball or know that I will be on my feet for a long period of time. There’s 8 in the box , wish it was more. I go through them pretty fast and it could get expensive. Easy to follow instructions. The tape holds very well and no irritation.

This KT produce specific for Plantar Fasciitis is NOT like their regular tapes. It doesn't stay on. It lasts less than a day. Total waste of money!

These work great, easy to use and apply. Stay applied during long runs or bikes. Would highly recommend.

Plantar fasciitis is a real concert and these actually help. Good to trace your foot wrapped in this easy to use tape.

Hand to apply by yourself. So you need another person. The tape just bunches up and you can’t fix it so it’s a waste of money. Tape is not form it wrinkle quickly.Sorry not a good buy.
