Initial disappointment much improved by sterling customer service
Too expensive for what is only a thin plastic tray.Only one of the two ordered arrived but they did quickly send the other one.I have edited this review following Lifewit reaching out to me. Apparently it was a packaging error and I was sent the much cheaper (and inferior product) They offered a full refund and sent over the original trays as ordered.Trays arrived and are a huge improvement so well done to Lifewit for sterling customer service.

Damage
The product itself is great. And I really wanted it because it better than the wood ones cleaning wise but I did open the package to both of them having a crack on the side… it came damaged it wasn’t the delivery because it’s wrapped in plastic as a group other wise it’s cute but I just wish it was broken.
