Love this bike it’s way better then most took on a 30 mile ride was awesome and comfortable would buy again for sure

We bought two bikes as a retirement gift to ourselves. We love them. We've taken them on several trips. They fold up and fit nicely in the back of our small SUV. They are heavy, but manageable. The speed is much faster than you think. We enjoy the pedal assist. Exercise with help up the hills. I highly recommend.

We bought a set of these 6 months ago and have loved every second of them. We haven't had a single complaint and have put 100+ miles on them. My oldest son was riding one of them on Saturday and had a crazy accident. Somehow something came loose and bent the front fork, front fender was taken up into the wheel, and completed bent the rotor in half. We can't figure out what happened. We took the bike to our local bike shop and they said they can't get the parts for this brand of bike. We were really worried about how to get it repaired, but I sent the company pictures and requested the items we needed. We were expecting to almost scrap the bike but the costs that the company gave us were more than reasonable! They have offered so much help with this and have been wonderful! Customer service is TOP NOTCH!

I’ve just passed 300 miles on my bike and I wanted to wait a while before I wrote this review. I struggled between 2/3 stars because there really is so much I love about this bike, but for the price I paid it has some serious issues. The first major issue is the handlebar connection the the main frame. I was 8 miles away from home and out of nowhere my handlebars completely disconnected from the bike. Luckily I didn’t get in an accident but a huge red flag. I realized Jaison didn’t send me part of the handlebar that connects it to the frame. I reached out to them and they were very friendly and agreed to send me the new part, nbd. However, the handlebars in general have so much movement in them. I’ve taken the bike to multiple bike stores and they were also alarmed at how much movement exists in them — apparently that’s a common issue with collapsible bikes. Either way, when I’m coasting at 20mph and hit a bump it’s really alarming that my handlebars move as much as they do. Overall, I just don’t feel very safe on these — but I do ride my bike almost daily considering that. Now for another red flag that I JUST realized and I’m so bummed. I attached a milk carton holder to the back tire basket holder and apparently my book bag was too heavy? The literal metal frame of the basket support cracked on both sides at each bolt — so there are FOUR cracks in this metal frame and I am wildly disappointed. Why put a basket rack, if the rack can’t handle any weight? I’m just waiting for the moment that this entire rack falls off. Another red flag especially for safety are the breaks. First of all, they make so much noise, and second, if I am not squeezing down on both brakes as hard as I can I will never stop. They just seem completely inadequate for the scale of these bikes. Like seriously, I am moving way too fast for the breaks to even be a thought. I bought two bikes at the same time and the other bike has already had a flat tire — I have no idea how it happens, but that was no fun being miles away from home. Also brace yourself for how heavy these bikes are — they’re no joke! Overall for the price I am not satisfied. I don’t feel all that safe and I think I would’ve preferred something of better quality. These bikes are expensive — I shouldn’t be having THIS many issues.

Great bike, very well built and easy to assemble. I purchased two and would recommend this bike to anyone wanting a ebike that has a lot to offer for less money. Bike has a nice ride and is fast. Welds looks great and frame is sturdy. Would definitely buy again.

I’m impressed. It took some learning to understand how to use it but I still can’t figure out the folding hahaha. It’s HARD to fold it! But otherwise it’s great. I’ll update in a few months after some use as I have trips every weekend planned.

We purchased 2 for twice the fun. Even though it’s great to go explore alone it’s twice as great to share with someone else! Great smooth riding, quiet but powerful bikes! Perfect compact design for off season storage! Quick assembly even the wife could do it ;)

Great bike. Enjoyed the bike. Riding it was a lot of fun. I bought one for myself and for my wife. I would of Gave it 5 stars except both bikes came with issues. The first one came with a hole in the front tube. Lucky I bought a repair kit and was able to patch the hole once I found it. It was easy but I paid a lot of money for a bike to come damaged. The other bike had seized bolts of the front brake. Needed to use an impact to get them off. It ended up stripping the bolt so will be very hard to ever get off again. If you need to assemble many parts, why would you tighten the bolts so tight that no one can get them off. We do really like and enjoy the bikes but the fact that both came with issues and the one with damage really annoys me and makes me not wanna buy me his brand again.

My boyfriend and I just purchased these bikes and are over the moon happy with our purchase! He is 6’3” and I’m 5’3” and the bikes are a good fit for both of us. We have gone as far as 20kms and still lots of charge on the batteries. The bikes handle very well, they are sturdy and the controls are easy to learn and operate. We highly recommend these bikes to anyone who’s in the market for a well designed, affordable e-bike!
