The siding on our house wasn’t that bad, but it was definitely not something I wanted to try scrubbing. I gave this stuff a chance and just wow! It recommended leaving it for up to 5 mins for our vinyl siding, but almost instantly after spraying it on, it was already stripping all the algae and moss off the siding. The only scrubbing I had to do was our concrete patio, and even then it was very minimal.It was super easy to use, the price is not bad at all if you already have a hose, the only thing I would say is that the bottle does not last very long. It took 3 bottles of the cleaner to do just the back of our house and the concrete pad. To be fair, this was my first time using a product like this and I probably used way too much.Overall, this product is absolutely worth it. Adding it to my list to buy when the siding needs it again.

It literally had the green algae washing away within the 30 seconds on my white PVC picket fence! I was amazed how well it worked. My flowers and scrubs all survived too! I had to use a small cloth on a few stubborn spots, but they cleaned up with a wipe or two. I highly recommend this product for cleaning algae on your house and fencing. I had a bit of a surprise when it also cleaned the algae on my concrete porch! There was so much algae that I had to use a push broom. The concrete is actually white again! It does have a strong chorine smell, so try to stay up wind while spraying the solution.

Used it on vinyl siding that was pretty dirty and it worked really well with little work if it was just light dirt. Areas with more dirt and not just like a dust coating took a fair amount of scrubbing and going over more than once. In the end the siding looked really nice but I was not expecting to work that hard to get the results and I’m not afraid of hard work. Like I said , I’m still happy with the results , just thought it would be easier from what I read about the product

We get some mildew on our siding every year. Also our white plastic fence gets mildewy and I did not want to spend $350+ getting someone to power spray our siding (they also use our water). Soooo, after researching , I took a chance. Spray on, leave it sit for 3-5 minutes, and wash off. That's it. My wife is HAPPY (You know "if momma ain't happy, nobody happy"). Be aware, a 1/2 gallon does not go far. But, for what I needed, it is way cheaper than $350 .Update ... I used some of it on our bricks and it doesn't work well. HOWEVER, our bricks installed are 25+ yrs. old and have never been cleaned. I just got another order last week and used it for some more siding on the house and also a patio umbrella. It does what I want to and the umbrella looks brighter. Hint, when using on siding no need to doddle and take your time ;move fairly quickly as it comes out pretty fast and doesn’t last long.

I bought two bottles of this along with the hose adapter. My goal was to try to get rid of algae and mildew at our creek front cabin. It’s constantly humid and when it rains, the painted deck surface gets a bit slippery. We have a similar problem at our home with flagstones on our patio, even though it’s not on a creek.I let the product sit on the deck for the recommended five minutes, then scrubbed it a bit with a stiff brush. It was warm, but not hot, and it was barely wet when I got back to the first part I had treated. The algae is definitely reduced, but not gone. I applied what was left in the first bottle on the flagstones at home, and let it sit for the full 15 minutes, then scrubbed and rinsed. I can’t see much improvement on the flagstones, but then that’s one of the problems I have with the delivery system.When you screw the hose adapter onto the bottle, it ratchets in place. If you tip the bottle, it does leak as others have pointed out. There also does not seem to be a way to remove the adapter from the bottle without resorting to destructive methods. That’s a real problem for transporting a partial bottle, but also because there is a second bottle and only one adapter. The other problem I have is that the bottle is opaque and there’s no way to know when it is empty. In fairness, the reason that it did not work on my flagstones may be that there was no easy way to know if when the product ran out. For all I know, I may have just been rinsing some of the flagstones with nearly pure water. I’m going to try undiluted product from the second bottle on one of the flagstones that didn’t respond well.All that being said, for reasons I can’t fully define, this underperformed in my opinion. If you decide to get it, I would not recommend getting the package that includes the hose adapter. A garden pump sprayer might be a better choice in that you know when the product and water you mixed in runs out. As for the product itself, this does not appear to be any different from the many deck washes that are out there. It’s mostly chlorine and soap, which you could mix up yourself (2 gallons warm water, 2 cups of 5-6% bleach, 1/4 cup dish soap). Whether you use commercially available or make your own, don’t leave it on wood surfaces too long, or you will degrade the surface and end up with wood that looks “hairy.“

This was amazing ! I bought it for my wood fence that was almost black from mold and age. In one application.. it looked like a new fence. So easy to use.. spray on.. brush lightly then rinse. After it dried I was in shock at how great it looked. I am so impressed especially since it didn't cost an arm and a leg. Great product for old wood fences.

This stuff works. I never leave reviews, but this cleaner worked great on my vinyl siding. My siding looks brand new. The sprayer had enough pressure to reach the peaks of the house. After doing a test spot on the indoor/outdoor carpet on my porch, it didn’t affect the carpet at all. Would definitely recommend and will use it again.

WORKS GREAT!!! Although I read other reviews about the "spillage" I took a chance and ordered hoping I would not get a messy delivery. WELL, it came wrapped in plastic inside a box too big for the shipment so YES, the mess was there and the box smelled like bleach and was definitely stained from the product spilling. Easy enough to clean up but one should not have to do that, thus; the subtraction of a star. This works REALLY GOOD And yes, I will order again and yes I will review again in hopes they read this and deliver without spillage.

It’s called 30 seconds but you have to leave it on the surface being cleaned for 15 minutes. Works very well. I will definitely buy more.

I bought to bottles to do cleaning of external walls around my house. I found it extremely effective on algae, turning the algae from green to brown/yellow very quickly which I take is a good sign that it’s killing the algae, making it easy to subsequent removal. I also used it to clean mouldy walls and it was also very effective. The bottles came with a hose attachment but it wasn’t compatible with my tap fittings as I am not in the US. However, I poured the solution into a handheld sprayer and sprayed the walls by hand and it worked well. Although you can hose off the solution with a garden hose, I recommend waiting a few minutes for the solution to work and then use a high pressure water hose. Wear a mask as it does give off some fumes. Worked well and I would recommend its suitability as described.

Product does a super job on vinyl siding. I am very pleased with results.It does take a lot of product to do a house .
