It is potassium chloride. I use it to make electrolyte drinks and it seems to be great. It mixes easily enough and has the classic metallic flavor. The price is great and the texture is like salt. Not a PSA but you have to be very careful with this suff.

White powder... It is what it is: Pure potassium. Nice to add to foods if you have muscle cramps. Mix with traditional salt as the potassium does have a different taste alone.

Nice and clean and dry easy to pour, as good as any and priced good.

I mix this about 25:75 with sodium chloride table salt. It allows us to use salt without getting too much sodium. It has the same texture as table salt, and the mix works exactly like ordinary table salt.

Works great to make drinks that hydrate body.

Tastes like crappy salt is the best way I can describe it, however for some dishes it passes, and keeps me from adding salt hence the 4 stars. Still experimenting but for some dishes I still prefer to use salt for example guacamole, the potassium just doesn't taste right to me in it. I will continue to use it wherever I can to try to help lower BP and get more potassium hope this helps.
