The capsules are hard for me to swallow because of their size.

No more leg cramps since I started using this product.

I thought taking these would help me. I went off the instructions for dosage and have been taking them for over 3 months now. But if I miss even one dose I get manic. Like lock me in the psyche ward, manic. That's not normal. I'm now currently going through withdrawal symptoms slowly tapering down the dosage. I'm not sure I'll even take one pill a day because even one pill is still higher than the recommended dose of magnesium. Which is about 500 mg.Taking too high of a dose of vitamins can literally put you in the hospital or worse. This stuff should be regulated.

I use Nutricost, Jarrow, and Life Extension with equal results. The difference is in the added carrier ingredients and the number of caps required for one 2000 mg serving of Magtein which is typically 3 caps. Some products are marked with either 2 or 4 caps for 2000 mg daily dose. Unless you compare the size of the caps and weight of the dose its hard to tell how much filler is added. Setting aside a dose to compare brands might help. You can open the cap and inspect and taste the powder. How much is a 30 day supply of 2000 mg doses? Not much more than $20 for me unless I can perceive that it is more pure.
