This salad bowl is exactly what it says, a 60 second salad cutter. I love that it is all in 1, you fill...wash...drain...cut ... turn...cut again and it is done. I loved not having all kinds of dirty dishes to wash. It is super easy to do. It is 2 pieces, a top and a bottom. it is light weight. It has grooves where to put the knife thru. Super happy with this salad cutter.

Absolutely worthless.
Save your money. Parts do not lock together and do not let you cut the whole way through the lettuce, etc.
