The Extreme Stretch Siding is definitely an upgrade from other caulking I've used. We had to repaint some cedar siding where the siding that was originally snug between layers had the bottom up frequently open by about 1/2". The other caulking we used was cracking upon setting up. This stuff, no cracks. Goes on smoothly, seals... Ready to paint the next morning...

Works good

I used this to seal electrical wire protrusions through the top plates of my walls and to seal electric box air leaks in the attic. Even though it was a little cold it dried well in a day and did a good job. It was a little thinner than I expected out of the tube but that may have assisted it into getting in to cracks even better.

I have never had a caulk i could stretch as much as I do this one.

As you probably know 1 brand of caulk is not equal to another. I have tried a ton of different products for the windows and bathrooms (interior). This caulk is the only brand/type I have found that actually works. No cracking, no splitting away from the wall or frame, easy clean up, easy to spread with your finger, smooth application from the container, and no bad chemical fumes. I would 100% recommend this product.

I used this to caulk and seal around all my windows and doors due the old caulking drying out. When I used a 1/8-1/4" bead it worked perfectly. When I put a thin layer over a slit in the old caulking, it split. Lesson is to apply a thicker bead.
