Good stuff

This stuff is great for starting seeds so that wilt doesn't hit the baby plants. Best to keep it just a little bit on the dry side and water from the bottom. It has little or no nutritional value for the plants so gently fertilize then transfer the babies once the root system is established. It does dry out easily, but little monitoring takes care of that.

This organic coir is fantastic quality and exactly what I needed. It hydrates quickly, expands beautifully, and provides excellent moisture retention and aeration for potting mixes. It's clean, consistent, and has zero weird odors or debris mixed in. Definitely a reliable go-to for starting seeds, blending custom soil, or potting up plants. Highly recommend!

Absolutely amazing. Mike McGrath of 'You Bet Your Garden' (NPR/PBS) highly recommended organic-certified compost (plant-only, no peat moss) to mix 50-50 with top 3 inches in garden pots containing organic pot planting soil. Your Back To The Roots Compost has been fabulous. My plants and early organic seeds ( peas, beans, lettuces, etc.) are all sprouting in a week. They all look healthier than I ever saw on my deck and many more sprouted. I recommend your compost to everyone.
