Avoid buying this product... it only lasted about 2 months
Do not buy this product avoided at all costs I bought it for my wife and it lasted maybe 2 months and then just would not turn on anymore and it wasn't even used every single day it was for finer outfits that were used for occasions. Also this was not used in an inappropriate manner or with disregard this product was cared for because it was so greatly appreciated and treated the way you would treat anything you enjoying appreciate Unfortunately they just want you to buy another one and another one and keep replacing them because they're not manufacturing them the way they should also it's curious because I didn't buy the extended warranty which I don't think I should have to it's a brand new product could be a reason why I got the one of lesser value which only lasted a couple months it's absurd it's ridiculous especially at this price

Great for Synthetics
This steamer works very well, but it does have a couple of drawbacks. The best feature is the amount of steam it generates, particularly on the synthetic setting. It produces significantly more steam than my regular iron, which makes it much more effective at getting wrinkles out of certain fabrics. It heats up quickly and is lightweight enough to handle comfortably. The different steam and temperature settings also make it versatile enough to use on a variety of fabrics. My biggest complaint is the hanging hook. It would be much more useful if it swiveled or had some way to adjust its position. As it is, the fixed hook limits where and how you can hang the steamer, which makes the storage feature less useful than it could be. Overall, this is a very capable steamer with excellent steam output and quick heating. The fixed hanging hook is a frustrating design choice, but it doesn't take away from how well the steamer itself performs.

Great Two-in-One Setup for Steaming and Pressing
This Newbealer iron station gives me the convenience of a garment steamer while still letting me switch to traditional ironing when I need a more pressed finish. The heating system gets ready quickly, so there isn’t much waiting around before I can start working on clothes. The steam output is strong and consistent, and the three available levels give me enough control for different fabrics. I like having both steaming and dry ironing functions available from the same machine. The water tank is large enough that I can work through quite a few garments before needing to refill it. The hanging steamer setup works especially well for dresses, shirts, jackets, and other clothing that’s easier to treat vertically. For sharper creases or stubborn areas, I can switch to the ironing function and apply more direct pressure. The controls are easy to understand, and the different heat and steam settings make the station adaptable to a wider range of fabrics. The roughly 30-second warm-up is convenient when I want to take care of wrinkles quickly before getting dressed. I also appreciate the automatic shutoff because it adds some reassurance if I get distracted after finishing. The self-cleaning feature should also make routine maintenance easier when the unit has been used frequently. The color gives the station a nicer appearance than most basic garment-care appliances, so I don’t mind having it visible when it’s set up. The combination of a generous water tank, adjustable steam, dry ironing, and fast heating makes it useful for everyday clothing as well as larger garment-care sessions. It would also work well in a boutique or other setting where clothing needs frequent touch-ups throughout the day. I’m very pleased with the power, versatility, and ease of use.

Heats up super quick, mount is stable and convenient, eliminates wrinkles
I picked up this Newbealer 2-in-1 Pro Station Iron, and it gets the job done for everyday touch-ups without taking up too much space. The 1.2L tank holds a decent amount of water, so you aren't constantly refilling it, and it heats up pretty fast. The steam output handles light wrinkles well, and having both steam and dry ironing options is handy depending on what you're wearing. That said, it's not quite powerful enough for stubborn creases on heavy fabrics, so you might still need a traditional iron for crisp lines. Overall, it's a decent, functional setup if you want something convenient for quick garment care, but it’s probably not going to replace a heavy-duty system if you iron formal wear all the time.

A Capable Steam Station That Almost Replaces Two Appliances
This steam station combines the two garment-care tools most households actually need: a conventional iron for a flat surface and a steamer for clothing that is easier to handle while hanging. In use, it felt solid and well made, heated quickly, and produced enough steam to make the larger tank worthwhile. The separate base and 1.2-liter tank let the handheld portion remain manageable while providing far more working time than a small travel steamer. I like having several steam levels and dry-ironing temperatures rather than one setting expected to handle every fabric. The ceramic soleplate moves smoothly, and the controls are easy to understand without turning garment care into a technical exercise. At this price point, the real value comes from versatility. It can press a conventional crease, steam a hanging garment, and continue through a useful amount of clothing without constant refilling. The self-cleaning and automatic shutoff features also make sense for something intended for regular household use. It feels like a meaningful step up from a basic iron without becoming commercial equipment. Does it replace two appliances? Not exactly--I still prefer our Rowenta for day-to-day ironing on the board. Nonetheless, five stars.
