I follow dr Philips system and use this. I find it is good. Unfortunately I can’t find this in Denmark so I’ll just continue to get it here, despite the extreme shipping costs.

This mouthwash is very gentle and easy to use, especially if you have a sensitive mouth. I like that it’s alcohol free and unflavored, so there’s no burning or strong taste. It still leaves your mouth feeling clean and fresh without being harsh. It’s a good option if you don’t like strong mint flavors or need something mild. The pack of three is also convenient and lasts a long time. Overall it’s a great choice for daily use if you want something gentle but effective.

It doesn’t mean don’t go to the dentist; it means dentist won’t find problems to fix. Closys Ultra Sensitive Mouthwash helps keep my teeth healthy a long time following Dr. Phillips steps. It is tasteless and can be flavored with little bottles in the packaging, but I like it plain. Closys contains very effective anti-inflammatory ingredients.

I use this with Dr Ellie's protocol in YouTube and have had success with it. It's very gentle and soothing.
