Lately, we’ve been doing a ton of reading and watching relevant videos! We just unboxed it, and in less than 30 minutes, we had already completed our first project! The whole process was truly a blast! We spent more time tinkering with it today, but it feels like there’s still so much left to learn—after all, the things it can create are simply incredible!

Easy to set up and use. Laser is not strong enough to cut ply wood. Other than that etching quality is very precise

This is my first laser engraver, so I have nothing else to compare it with. However, it was easy to setup and start etching some designs using their software. Their software was easy to get up and running as well. I simply brought in a jpeg and started messing around with the settings. So far, it is simple, easy setup and use

Very useful. I got it to engrave my tools, I’m a beginner with zero experience on lasers and this machine made it a breeze to learn on the fly and hit the ground running. Couldn’t be happier

Once I received it, I tried setting it up. I'm very computer literate, but couldn't figure it out. It apparently did not download properly, and the directions were far from intuitive. Very poorly written. I called the toll-free number, and it went directly to the outgoing message. It was clear that any support I needed would be done by email, so given the cost I paid for it, I believe it requires better support.

Very less power, hard to set parameter

This laser is very precise; it has very high resolution. It didn't take very long to set up and start using. I love trying to think of new things to cut with this device and am always amazed on how well they turn out. The laser doesn't take up much space, so it can be set up pretty much anywhere.
