WORKS PERFECT WITH FLOAT
Works as described using float in deeper water! When activated about 15 to 20 gallons will be dispersed in less than half a minute, very happy with unit!

A bit noisy
The pump is working great but it is quite a bit noisier than my last pump was. I have this in my basement and I can hear it on the main floor when it is pumping water out of my sump.

Worked great
Unfortunately, the hole I had to put it in was too small and the switch wouldn't activate the pump reliably. However, when it did go off, it worked perfectly.

Motor burned up on 2 !
First sump pump lasted 1 1/2 yr and burned up when we were out of town. Came home to flooded basement. Warranty is 3 years. Second one lasted 3 days short one year. Thank God we had a Govee water alarm to alert us of water by the crock or my basement would have flooded again! Do not buy.

Piece of junk.
Lasted only 1 year in pool. Seal went bad. Called and they don't sell parts for it any longer. Discontinued. You are on your own. I had a previous pump that lasted over 10 years. Would not buy again.

Bad float switch design
This pump was installed in may 2018 as an utility pump for my house furnace and washing machine in a basement. As on January 2021, switch failed 3 times so far, due to not enough air pressure in the floating bobber. Flooded basement, damaged floor. Additionally, once switch didn't turn off and pump was running 2 hours until I didn't turn it off from the power outlet. This failure could cause serious damage, including fire in the house. I would not recommend this pump in any cases. Manufacturer should discontinue of making this, or similar design product.
