Mine just arrived. The pedals keep falling off. Are there parts missing that should keep the pedals in place?

The one I have, has rubber stoppers on the side of the pedals. They keep falling off and I keep putting them back on. Not sure about your model.

How do i adjust foot straps?

Thank you for your question. The foot straps on the pedals of our mini bikes can be adjusted. There are 2 small holes beside the foot straps. If you want to be looser, you can install the bottom 2 small holes.

I'm looking for an exerciser for my wife to rehab a knee,is it works?
