Good quality
It came with instruction manual and all tools. It is easy for putting them off together, I like how the the botton have a tray can catch water and the bottom shelf have enough space for big or small bowls!

Not Stainless Steel
I suspected when I felt how light the rack is that it is not stainless steel. Decided to take a chance and within two months, with a water treatment system, rust spots appeared all over the rack and the silver paint on one of the round legs has started to peel. Not at all worth the money! I guess I should have stayed with plastic. Definitely would not recommend to anyone!
