Ashwagandha Gummies 1200mg - 120 Gummies - 2 Months Supply

Genuinely these were a shot in the dark having come off my anti depressants a year ago. But wow they worked, all my over thinking based anxiety was gone/massively reduced after 3 days. This could be a placebo but if it is I don’t care, it worked for me. Although these gave me a bit of nausea after a week and a stinking headache for about 3 days that all cleared up after I moved taking them to just before bed. Now I take on in the morning and one just before bed. Honestly I’m my old self again, long May it last. If your on the fence, give them a go for a couple of weeks and see if they work for you or not. As I said I was super skeptic about the benifits. I guess with anything holistic your mileage may vary, but for the reward of pretty much zero anxiety it’s worth a bash! Plus they taste half decent and are just like taking a chewy multivitamin. Decent size bottle too for the price. I took them into my GP as well and she looked over them and said they seem to be decent quality and correctly regulated for use in the UK

Taste great ! I just tried 1st time today and it's really promising. After 1hr I felt like blood pressure coming down. In very gentle way. I took 2 gummies straight away. After 3hrs I feel little sleepy (really little), more relaxed and calm. Means straight away it works for me. It's not placebo. I'm very sensitive to changing in my body or brain. I can notice everything. Will see what the future will bring but definitely will be continuing taking them. No any sides effects After 1st use. Today I can recommend them 100% and these gummies are sooo good. Sweet and tasty. So nice way to comfort yourself having something really sweet. Amazing !

Taste good and think they made a slight difference, found them to be expensive though.

Taste fine. One a night before bedtime. Don't feel any difference or effect. Don't take continuously. I was advised to take a break from using them continuously.

They are effective for me, but too strong. Even one gummy and I feel tired and groggy next day. It does help me fall asleep, but I wake up tired and moody. I stopped taking them and this effect stopped, restarted (as I run out of my other sleep supplement) and immediately experienced the same side effects. Maybe Ashwagandha just doesn’t work for me, but I asked AI and the 1200 mg of Ashwagandha (for myself even 600mg) is definitely high dosage. No problems with the seller, tastes great and it definitely does work, just to be clear and fair.

I've taken them for just short of a month now. I consider myself a high-functioning anxious person, over-thinking and ruminating on most things. I've tried various supplements, like Ginseng, Gingko Biloba, 5-HTP, L-Theanine with Caffeine & capsule form of Ashwagandha, along with a healthy diet and regular exercise; all in an attempt to improve my cognitive performance, and have better mental health. I don't know whether its placebo or this is real, but I've never felt so good as I've felt on this gummy. Mind you, I had taken Ashwagandha in a capsule form before. But when I took this, after about 40 minutes to an hour, my mind chatter was gone. I could enjoy the silence and had a weirdly good control on my thoughts and mind. It was like having mental clarity for the first time. My stress, anxious ruminations, all had their volume turned down significantly. I don't yet know what the side effects are, but something this powerful has to have side-effects. Will update it in a few months time to see what the side-effects were and if the effects were long-lasting and as powerful as it is now [2 month update] The effects were definitely real, and not placebo. However, the effects are not as strong as before, but still significant

It's too early to say about significant effects, but the first time I used them in the morning, I felt a little drowsy, and that's normal 😊

Ich bin ehrlich gesagt richtig begeistert von den Ashwagandha Gummis, im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen Nutzern habe ziemlich kurz nach der ersten Einnahme von der auf der Packung empfohlenen Dosis (zwei Gummiherzen) am Abend direkt eine für mich wirklich unerwartete starke Müdigkeit verspürt … bin ins Bett gegangen und konnte sofort einschlafen. Für mich ist das absolut außergewöhnlich, denn ich gehe sonst immer erst sehr spät in der Nacht ins Bett… wenn ich früher ins Bett gegangen bin, lag ich bislang ewig wach, ganz egal was ich gemacht habe. Das hat in der ganzen ersten Woche perfekt funktioniert, dann hatte ich im Netz gelesen, dass eigentlich eine geringere Dosis empfohlen wird und hatte auf ein Gummibärchen reduziert, was bei mir leider auch nur noch halb so gut wirkt. Wenn ich morgens früh raus muss, nehme ich dennoch zwei am Abend und kann mich drauf verlassen, dass ich ganz schnell einschlafen kann. Für mich ist das eine perfekte Lösung nach vielen Jahren massiven Schlafstörungen. Eine verbesserte Konzentration, die man dem Mittel auch nachsagt sowie eine verbesserte Leistungsfähigkeit kann ich insofern bestätigen, als dass ich schon ewig nicht so ausgeschlafen war und sich das natürlich auch auf diese Bereiche auswirkt. Wäre ich nicht so verunsichert in Sachen Dosis (alle Studien die ich gefunden habe wurden maximal mit 600mg gemacht) würde ich immer zwei also 1200 mg einnehmen. Wer sich interessiert findet zum Beispiel bei Netdoctor eine Menge Informationen was man dem Mittel noch alles für Positive Wirkungen nachsagt. Es gibt auch einige Seiten mit Studien zu Ashwagandha, allerdings meist auf englisch. In erster Linie wird meine Erfahrung mit dem verbesserten Schlaf bestätigt, aber auch zum Thema Einfluß auf den Blutzucker, die Schilddrüsenfunktion und auch über entzündungshemmende Wirkungen wird geforscht. Wer eher skeptisch ist, und sich auch eine kritische Einordnung durchlesen möchte, findet das beim Bundesinstituts für Risikobewertungen. Wobei ich zu den dort beschriebenen Nebenwirkungen sagen muss, dass es sich bei der Auflistung der möglichen Nebenwirkungen, in einigen Fällen gleichzeitig um die gewünschten Wirkungen handelt. Dann gibt es noch einzelne Fallberichte zu Nebenwirkungen die möglicherweise mit der Einnahme im Zusammenhang stehen könnten. Ingesamt hat es mich nicht abgeschreckt aber das muss jeder für sich und nach seinen gesundheitlichen Problemen entscheiden. Eine Höchstdosis oder eine sichere Dosis ist auch dort nicht angegeben. Es fehlt wohl noch umfangreichere Forschung dazu. Geschmacklich sind die Gummiherzen relativ süß aber auch irgendwie richtig lecker. Die Packung ist gut durchdacht, wer die Informationen gerne auf Deutsch lesen möchte zieht das obere Etikett ab, darunter findet man etwas kleiner, aber gut leserlich, auf weißen Grund die Informationen in sechs weiteren Sprachen. Es gibt keine Kindersicherung im Verschluss, das ist für mich sehr angenehm aber bei Kindern im Haushalt sollte man die Packung unbedingt außerhalb deren Reichweite aufbewahren. Mein Fazit: Noch nie habe ich bei einem Nahrungsergänzungsmittel eine so starke und eindeutig zuzuordnende Wirkung erlebt, ich werde die Ashwagandha Gummis auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen.
