This was part of my more “crunchy” approach to managing cold symptoms, and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s super convenient to keep on hand, especially for travel or when you feel symptoms starting to come on. I mainly used it for sneezing and early cold discomfort, and it felt effective in helping things not progress as quickly. The small packaging makes it easy to take throughout the day without any hassle. Overall, it’s a simple, natural-leaning option that I’ll keep in my medicine cabinet for when I feel something coming on.

All Boiron products I have tried have been very helpful. I use this cold calm for myself and my family at first sign of any symptoms of runny nose or slightly sore throat or feeling run down or extra tired. It feels like it helps those symptoms go away within a half hour or hour. I followed the directions on the package.Usually at first sign, you take two tablets, dissolve under the tongue every fifteen minutes for the first hour.And then, after that, do up 2 or 3 or four times a day. I like how these tablets are easy to take.You don't need water and they're also easy for children to take because there's no terrible medicine flavor the tablets just have almost no flavor at all.And if you use the pellets like these, they are slightly sweet, like candy.Otherwise, all in all these are very easy to take.And we like to carry them in our backpacks or purse.Just to have on hand because they don't take up much space but can make a difference in helping get over symptoms or possibly prevent getting a cold at all if you take it at first sign. I think these also help your cold to be more manageable, if it doesn't go away completely, and perhaps even have a shorter duration, which seems to be the case for us.

I stock up on this every year to help battle cough and cold seasons. I feel like it definitely helps prevent sickness from getting worse and clams symptoms. And I love that it isn’t a “drug”.

These are great for colds. Stops them when you take them at first signs of a cold. That's why carrying a tube in my purse is so helpful. Plus being able to dose when needed is handy. Great quality as are all Boiron products.
