great for the price
These are awesome for the price. The heat lasts a long time (I took the last one off at 15 hours and it was still hot). As other reviews mention, the adhesive isn't that great, but it's easily fixed with tape. I have been applying it to bare skin (against manufacturer's directions, so I'm not telling you what to do - just describing my methods) and using medical tape to hold it in place. This issue is easily fixed and for such a low price, I will continue to use these.

Perfect for period cramps
Instead of buying the expensive heat packs that are made for period cramps I use these. They are much cheaper and last several hours. I usually wear them at work or when I have to go on errands. They aren’t bulky like the ones that are “made for period cramps” so I can still wear cute outfits and not feel lumpy. Overall they are definitely worth it for the price.

Took a bit to warm up
It took a while, probably 60 to 90 minutes, before I felt anything from these. But once i started feeling the warmth it was great. They lasted a long time and a good size for my lower back issues.

Basically useless
Product must be stuck on clothing and NOT your skin. This is a useless feature if you are not wearing skin tight clothing. You will NEVER benefit from any heat from the pad if you are not wearing thin skin tight fitting fabric. Period.Heat from the product is luke-warm at best. Body temp may even be a stretch. I feel my body temp actually warms up the product instead of the other way around.Luckily for me, I had an old heat wrap belt from a previous product, and placed this pad inside that belt and used it that way - directly on the skin since the pad was inside a thin fabric sheath in the belt. Was able to make use of product that way. However, very little heat is generated so it didn't really help much.
