Loved the Cross & Blackwell mint sauce. I found you need to add vinegar in order to make this similar. The mixture is quite thick in the jar.

Good Stuff

I haven't used it yet but have had it before and it is excellent. Soooooo much better than jelly or other sauce I have used. If it is too strong or you want to make it go further you can add a little malt vinegar to it. YUMMY!! Its a bit pricey but worth it in my opinion
