What is the expiration date? How can I order one that has the most time remaining?

Purchased several a few months ago and the expiration date is April and May 2022. Cannot specify the expiration date, one condition of ordering online.

There is a best buy date on the case, normally 6-8 months after the purchase. I have consumed them past the best buy date with no problem with freshness. You should consume each pint within 7 days of breaking the seal on the container.

I don't know what I would do without this on my shelves. I keep a carton in the refrigerator for those times you pull out the milk bottle, anticipating a great cereal breakfast, only to find that the milk has gone bad.
