I ordered the iQOO Z10x from Amazon, and unfortunately, the unit I initially received had a non-working back camera right out of the box. Although the device looked perfect externally, the rear camera refused to function, which was extremely disappointing for a brand-new phone.📞 Support & Service:I contacted both Amazon and iQOO support teams. Both were helpful and responsive.I was advised to visit the nearest iQOO service centre for resolution.🏢 Service Centre Experience (12th July):I visited the service centre on 12th July.Despite the rush due to a holiday the previous day, the staff handled everything efficiently using a token system via their website.After waiting for around 3 hours, my device was inspected.To my surprise, the team at the service centre instantly replaced the device on the same day after verifying the defect.📱 After Replacement:I’ve used the new unit for 2 days, and everything works perfectly now.The phone offers great performance, smooth UI, vibrant display, and solid battery life.It definitely feels like a 5-star device in terms of hardware and user experience.⚠️ Why 4 Stars Instead of 5:The initial faulty product ruined the first impression.I lost time and effort visiting the service centre and waiting hours for replacement.✅ Final Verdict: If not for the initial hiccup, this phone would easily be a 5-star product. That said, I appreciate the quick response and replacement by iQOO. Now that I have a fully working unit, I’m very satisfied with the performance and overall value.
