Update: The seller was very quick to make this right. I have a new workbook now. The workbook I published was advertised as NEW and there are pages missing.

Harcourt Social Studies Homework & Practice Book
But I would not have purchased it if I had been told that you had to buy the expensive hardbound book to go with it. I had not planned on spending extra money due to the fact that I had already put in a large order for school books and was at my limit. So that part made me unhappy!
