I'm not sure but I'm guessing around 8 hours.

Is there a belt clip?

It does not have a wrist strap or belt; there would be no way to attach to person. Needs to either be held in hand or in pocket.

Can you listen to this radio without ear buds ?

There is no speak, you have to plug in the earphones. .

I put on 2.5A charger and 2 hours later still flashing, then on 2.1A charger, 1 hour later still flashing. Inst. says it stops flashing when charged?

I left mine on overnight and it was good. The higher the Amp charger the quicker it will charge. I can't find my manual but read what they have to say (if anything). But at 2.5A overnight will do it if the battery is good. To maintain the battery when it's low is around an hour. The battery has good life between charges.
