Like them very much but a very snug fit, could be slightly larger all round.

I tried to return this when it arrived because the box does not say soft-close but the seller refused the return, insisting that it was. On opening the box it transpired the method by which it claims to be “soft-close” is simply tightening a grub screw onto the hinge, to hinder its movement..... I expected a pneumatic mechanism that resists the movement through a controlled expulsion of air (the other soft close toilet seats I have bought all used this system) not just an adjustable grub screw that basically prevents the smooth operation of the hinge... a couple of months on and the “chrome-plating” started to bubble and peel off like a cheap metallic paint would... This week the factory-assembled bolts that attached the resin seat to the hinge itself have cracked their cheap plastic nuts (see photo) and I am very angry they obstructed my initial request to return it. For the record, when I asked for a return address they replied within 20 minutes to say I had to submit photographic evidence proving it wasn’t soft close... when it broke very quickly they didn’t respond to my email at all so... just another reminder to avoid Marketplace listings that don’t have excellent review scores I guess...

Very easy to fit, excellent smooth soft close. Fittings well made and appear sturdy. Hopefully grand kids won't destroy this one.

love the loo seat, after less than 3 months use the hinges have sheared off and it is now useless. would not recommend for this reason .

was not finished properly, damaged and had been repaired, some black colouring missing and glitter, not worth the money , i returned it

This toilet seat looks good but seat broke! I wouldn’t recommend buying this product !
