This is a good product. Comfortable to wear and now part of my nightly routine.

The band which goes behind the head was twisted but because it is sewn to the "eye part" is not possible to undo this fault, meaning it couldn't be worn without it being uncomfortable. I returned the item and NEVER got a refund. Awful!
