Bis jetzt bin ich noch nicht dazugekommen ein Projekt mit diesem Bauteil zu erstellen. Geplant ist, Servo-Motoren für die MoBa zu steuern, Signale, Weichen usf.

Perfect Replacements

Als "lC " geliefert wurde, habe ich gesehen, dass es viel größer ist . Vielleicht sollte ich SMD kaufen. Mit Sockel oder Trick ist auch ,wenn nicht unmachbar ,aber unprofessionell und funktionsfähig. Diese lC kenne ich gut (datensheet) , aber konnte jetzt nicht urteilen. Ic hat 5...6 Darlington Transistor paare für Relais Aktivirung . Fuss 2 bis 7 Eingänge und 9 bis 14 geht zu Relais , für aktivieren soll man positiv Impuls zu gegenüber stehende Eingangs Fuss bringen . Ic hat eigene Leerlauf Schutz Diode und wenn man plus an Fuss 1 verbinden . Zu Funktion test von IC geunkt mit Ohmmeter probe an Fuss 8 verbinden und mit andere OhmmeterProbe jede eingan (1 bis 7) testen . Es sollte ein Zahl zeigen (vileicht 0,7 0der 0,2 ) zeigen .wenn 0 oder durchgang ist wäre IC kaputt. Ohmmeter sollte an Diode test oder widerstand test stellen . Danke... Ali Rostami

This is a small plastic box of loose DIP-16 ULN2003AN chips; they aren't in foam or anything, just loose in the box. There is no recognizable vendor marking on the package, "BWQ" is the only identifier. The parts I received arrived with no bent pins or other damage, so the packaging seems to be adequate for this application, but it's not very neat looking. I bought these in April 2026 and they were dated 2436, i.e. manufactured about 3/4 of the way through 2024. So, not brand new production - but nothing to be concerned about either. The parts worked fine and in a couple of different applications; LED drive and relay drive. So, about as versatile as you could expect Darlingtons to be.
