5x. I weigh 315 and these fit me perfectly. I will wear them when I’m outside of my home. I will definitely order more when these are out. They’re very comfortable, not tight around the legs or waist. They pull up and down easily. When I have urge they keep the leakage inside.

These Pull-ups may say size 3x, but believe me when I say they fit my generous 5x bottom with no problem. They are very comfortable and easy to pull up and down. They have tear-away sides for those emergency situations or just for easier removal. They are also generously sized to accommodate a full size pad as well. You won't be disappointed!

The pad is larger snd thicker so more absorbsnt! Not comfortable for daily use but absolutely wunderful for overnight!? No leaks - no bed linen issues! Great night of sleeping!

Wears well

These have a better, higher back rise than most, but the leg openings are so large that it does not capture leaks well. It helps to wear a regular panty over it. This condition wears me down.

Very absorbant . Have used them for some time ....and will continue to use them.
