This right here ! Works for me the cramping feels like hell at first but once you wait it out & sit on the toilet 🚽 I promise you everything you ate last week will come out lol. Does what it says it will do. Helped me lose weight. I only did it for a week to try it but I will be getting a bigger bottle next time. Doesn’t have much of a taste which I like & helped bowel movements. Very easy to swallow as well with water. I like that you can also start off with one pill a day & then gradually have two a day, so it lasted me longer than a week so definitely worth the money.

Works fast. Other than needing to be prepared wherever I am, very effective

Does work. If you have more chronic issues, it doesn't work as quickly, it may take up to 24 hours or 2 doses before it kicks in, but it does remove old waste. I had minor cramping, but again, not near as bad as what I expected.

I’ve struggled with constipation on and off for years now. This product is super effective and for a good price. I obviously wouldn’t take it every day but when I really need a quick fix, this does the job every time.

Great product. I only took 1 a night for 6 nights and really feel much better now! I was definitely hurrying to the restroom a few times, but cramping was minimal and I lost 4 lbs. Definitely be sure to drink lots of water to help flush everything and stay hydrated!

It works just takes awhile. I felt dizzy and nauseous the first day but I believe it’s because I was dehydrated. It did cause light stomach cramps but nothing bad. By day 2 I lost 6 pounds and felt much better. I took one pill every 24 hrs and decided that was enough! lol.

These are honestly think these are the best. They work wonders for bloating and helping your Bowles. Amazing. Second time buying.

Works great. I did take two tablets at first which gave me a lot of painful cramps. Only took one tablet since. One tablet gives a gentle relief.

Brilliant tablets. I’ve been on morphine for the last few years and as soon as I started taking them I knew I’d be in trouble soon enough. I am usually seriously constipated for days at a time but was having to take medicine which did work the first few times but then wasn’t as effective for me. I was so fed up and then I came across these pills. Will be transparent here, I was a little bit sceptical but I was extremely surprised by how fast they worked. I took 2 pills per day for the first 5 days- I was at home all week luckily. On the first two days I did get a side effect of very slight sensation of tummy cramping but nothing major really. Days 3-5 was fine. I didn’t take them before bedtime because I didn’t want any “accidents” throughout the night so I took mine around midday each day and I was “going” a few hours later. I weighed myself after day 1 and was delighted to see that since taking the first two tablets I had lost 4lb but i wasn’t surprised as I hadn’t been able to do anything on the loo for several days before. By day 5, even though I hadn’t lost any more weight I just felt a lot more comfortable in myself and my bloated tummy had gone down. I’m not so backed up anymore. I’m definitely going to be ordering more of these even though I do find them a little bit expensive for the amount you get. I will keep them in for future use. I took just one tablet a couple of nights ago and that worked within a few hours. I will recommend them to everyone- especially those who are on morphine. There is a little herbally type taste to them but it’s bearable. The pills themselves are easy to swallow though. They haven’t made me lose any weight as such, nor given me any energy but they have made me feel better. I have shown a photo of the size of the pill next to a standard paracetamol in case anyone struggles with larger pills.

Ok so these definitely do the job. Thing is, they work too good. I take 2 before bed and within 30 mins of waking I have stomach cramps and I have to run to the toilet for a massive dump. And then I have a couple more which is almost just water. The stomach cramps can be quite painful & annoying. But I find by the 3rd poop I’m completely cleared out and the cramping stops. Although you’ll have a soar bum hole from all the wiping :( Also, never take these if you plan on leaving your home the day after. You need to be near a toilet for most of the morning/early afternoon. I’m a delivery driver and once made the mistake of using these the night before work…not fun frantically trying to find a toilet on the road whilst trying not to sh*t your pants! I have the week off work and planning on doing the full 7 days cleanse. And remember to drink plenty of water as these not only clear solids but all the liquids too. I’ve had a headache due to not drinking enough. Happy pooping!

I read the reviews prior to taking, I have suffered with constipation my whole life. I am going through menapause and have my stomach is really bloated. Which can be a symptom due to decrease in estrogen. I took one tablet with plenty of fluid, I didn’t get and stomach cramps (everybody’s body is different) it loosened my stool the following day but did not get diarrhoea, took another 1 tablet the second night and i managed to have another bowel movement this time much softer. I’m now onto day 3. I am just enjoying being able to have a bowl movement everyday 🤣 as I can go over 1 week without one. I have lost 4lbs up to now and my stomach does not feel as bloated. I will definitely be purchasing again in the future. So glad I found something that works and is gentle on my stomach.
