This nasal red light therapy device has been a great help for me. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and very comfortable. After just a few sessions, I noticed my breathing felt clearer and my nose less congested. The design is portable, so I can take it with me when I travel. The gentle red light feels soothing and non-invasive, making the therapy pleasant. Definitely a practical and natural way to support nasal health. Highly recommended!

I bought this product 9 months ago and used it less than 5 times during allergy season. I went to use it again and the product only stays on for 2-3 minutes before shutting off and the charging cord does not seem to work any longer. I wanted to love this, but for how little I got to use it before it stopped working, I would say that this brand is not worth the money!

After a dry winter, I have a scab deep back on my septum that is taking longer than I’d like to heal. According to my research, “Red light therapy works by stimulating cellular production, increasing blood flow, reducing inflammation, and promoting collagen synthesis, all of which are crucial for tissue repair and regeneration. Particularly 630nm and 660nm photons is well-absorbed by mitochondria in skin cells, which are responsible for generating energy.” This has 610-650nm photons according to product specifications. I’ve used this 3-5 times a day for a week now and already have less nose bleeds than I’ve had regularly for months, which is enough excitement to leave a review lol. I’ll try to remember to update this in a few weeks/months. Other notes: You can still breath out of your nose while wearing and the prongs bend to adjust size. Comes with 2 silicone sets that slide on and off the prongs making it easy to clean. Overall great quality, especially for the price so far!

If you have inflammation congestion, this will likely work for you. I've been able to cut out the inflammation nose spray almost completely vs. having to use it 2x per day which tore up the inside of my nose something terrible. My only complaint is the charging cable, it's the only device I own that doesn't work in a USB charging hub. So the tiny 12" charging cable forces me to put it on the floor next to the power bar, pretty dumb design choice.

I suffer from sinus infections a lot and there are times when ill accidentally scratch too hard causing in insides of nose to hurt. This particular time, I had (what I felt was like a painful) pimple inside my nose. So when this was delivered, I immediately tried it and WOW...just like that my nose feels better. And I also feel like I can breathe better. Timer is set for 10 minutes but I used it twice back to back (20 min). I have a small nose and it fit good enough .Some of the device poking out but not much. I was still able to breathe while device was in my nose. I was able to use this device when I was watching TV. Rechargeable- saves $ as you won’t need to keep buying batteries. Very comfortable Love that I can take it with me when I travel overseas, where my sinuses really act up. Functions great

No idea if it works or not. Can’t tell a difference. Battery life is good. Kinda comfortable. Not great.

I haven’t noticed that this makes a difference at all. I use it every night. I still wake up stuffed up, have really bad post nasal drip and have had more bloody noses since starting to use it than I’ve ever had in my life. I’ve been using it for about 3 months, so I should’ve seen some sort of results by now. Battery does last awhile between charges, so I’ll give it that.

Alright, I’ll admit—I was skeptical. Shining red light up my nose to help with congestion? Kinda sounds like a sci-fi home remedy. But this little device is actually awesome. Easy to use, lightweight, and surprisingly soothing. I’ve been using it during allergy season and those annoying “am I getting sick or just tired” days, and it genuinely helps clear things up and calm that irritated, stuffy feeling. It’s oddly relaxing too, like a tiny spa moment for your sinuses. If you’re tired of living on nasal sprays and want something low-key and drug-free, this is 100% worth trying. Weirdly wonderful.
