I purchased this in the dark purple color and I super love it I’m a hot sleeper so during the winter I use a quilt but for the summertime I’ve never been able to find the right blanket because I like one with some weight to it and I don’t like using just a sheet. Someone recommended a 100% woven cotton blanket and so I ordered this one and I absolutely love it I feel like I should warn people thinking about getting a blanket like this, these types of blankets are not soft like you might think. They are not meant to be soft, it’s a woven blanket made from all cotton, they’re meant to feel like more of a old time blanket. Which is great for me personally because they’re so breathable and heavy which is what I was looking for Also some other brands people complain about shrinking and pulls. I only have one pull from my ring so far after two weeks but you can stretch the blanket to get rid of most of that, no issues with my dogs paws causing any pulls yet! As for shrinking it’s all about how you wash it. I washed mine on a cold delicate cycle (I used a color grabber sheet since I was washing a white cotton blanket too and it did pick up a good amount of dye) and then dried it on the lowest heat setting for 30 minutes, then air dry cycle for an hour and finished up the drying process with a 10 minute low heat setting at the end. And yes the first wash does create a lot of lint so be prepared to clean the trap three or four times throughout the drying process If you wash it this way you’ll have very minimal shrinkage I ordered a king size for a queen bed (I normally order one size up with blankets and quilts so there’s lots of extra to go around) After washing and drying as described there isn’t any noticeable size difference! I was looking for a summer cotton blanket that was lightweight and not too warm. This blanket is perfect. I should mention that the size fits perfectly on my king size bed. It is not too long and goes perfectly tuck inside my platform box bed.

Came as advertised. Pretty sure these blankets are the same ones I see at hotels. Ive watched them a few times already andI haven’t seen any loose threads.

My son sleeps hot but can't sleep well without a blanket. This is perfect. Lightweight. Excellent quality. Washes well so far. Going to buy more for everyone else's beds.
